WINNERS OF THE GORDION ARKEOFILM FESTIVAL ANNOUNCED

At the Gordion Arkeofilm Festival, organized by the Gordion Foundation and supported by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism General Directorate of Cinema, the Ministry of Industry and Technology Ankara Development Agency, and Polatlı Municipality, the Best Film Award in the professional category was given to the Iranian director Hossein Ranjbar Shirazi for his film “Symphony of The Knots.”

The Jury Special Award was given to the Yemeni director Adel Mohammed Alhaimi for his film “Pail.”

In the student category, the Best Film Award was given to the Turkish director Başak Çardak for her film “The Golden Flower of Safranbolu,” while the Jury Special Awards were given to:

“Portaraits Of Ajuda” by Portuguese directors Ana Rita Costa and André Vieira.

“The Sultan’s Crown” by Turkish director Yüksel Çilingir.
