THE SECOND WORKSHOP OF THE GORDION DOCUMENTARY FILM DEVELOPMENT PROJECT WAS HELD IN THE ANCIENT CITY OF GORDION
As part of the 2nd International Gordion Archeofilm Festival, the second workshop of the Gordion Documentary Film Development Project was held at the Ancient City of Gordion and the Gordion Excavation House, with the participation of students from Ankara University, Hacettepe University, Başkent University, Bilkent University, Ankara Science University, and Hacı Bayram University.
In the workshop, where esteemed academics such as Prof. Dr. Nihan Gider Işıkman, Prof. Dr. Aydan Özsoy, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Serhat Kaymas, Assoc. Prof. Önder Özdem, Assoc. Prof. Evren Sertalp, Dr. Eda Arısoy, and lecturers Enver Özüstün and Fulten Larlar served as advisors, the site tour was led by Gordion Foundation Chairman Kadim Koç and Festival Director Kadir Uluç.
During the tour, students presented the work they had completed so far on their projects. At the Ancient City of Gordion and the excavation house, Gordion Excavation Group Director Brian Rose and Deputy Director Dr. Günsel Özbilen provided the students with information about their work. Festival Consultant Hacer Koç Yıldız also attended the workshop.
